The Rotary Club of Carson City moved its meeting to the Salvation Army facility this Tuesday to better understand the value of this important organization. Immanuel and Holly Beeson lead the Salvation Army in Carson City. The organization serves Carson City, Douglas County, and Lyon county. They provide needed services including a morning and afternoon latch key program for children, a food bank for those in need, rehabilitation counseling, and assistance with life improvement.
