Once again members of the Rotary Club of Carson City are delivering gifts to senior citizens in Carson City. The annual program is arranged in partnership with Carson City's Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). The Rotary Club finances the program with $100 for each Senior. A Rotarian is assigned to each Senior citizen. That Rotarian contacts the chosen Senior to learn what gift(s) the recipient desires. After shopping for the gifts, the Rotarian then visits the recipient for a visit to deliver the gifts. This is a holiday tradition that brings smiles to Seniors and Rotarians alike.
